Consultation & Planning Fee Policy
All consultation and planning fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time and expertise required to review travel requirements, create relocation plans, and provide regulatory guidance.
Service Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to begin relocation services.
Deposits are non-refundable once services have begun
Deposits secure your relocation timeline and compliance planning
Work may include document review, airline research, and scheduling
Client Responsibility Policy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding their pet’s health records, vaccinations, and identification.
Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation is not responsible for delays caused by:
Missing documentation
Incorrect information provided by the client
Failure to complete required veterinary appointments
Government & Airline Policy Changes
Pet travel regulations and airline policies may change without notice.
Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:
Government regulation updates
Airline policy changes
Border control decisions
However, we will make every effort to adjust travel plans when possible.
Refund Policy
Due to the planning and administrative work involved in pet relocation:
Consultation fees are non-refundable
Planning and documentation services are non-refundable once started
Refunds for unused services may be considered at the company’s discretion
Travel Delays Policy
International travel can occasionally be affected by weather, airline schedule changes, or government inspection procedures.
While we coordinate closely with airlines and authorities, Tails In The Wind cannot guarantee exact travel times or arrival dates.
Health & Safety Policy
Pets must be healthy and cleared for travel by a licensed veterinarian.
Tails In The Wind reserves the right to delay or cancel transport if a pet’s health condition may put the animal at risk during travel.
Force Majeure Policy
Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
Airline cancellations
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Airport closures
Natural disasters
